What the Secret Quest is

The Secret Quest badge is the hidden challenge layered on top of Sword Fights on the Heights IV during The Hunt: Roblox 20. Nothing on the main arena HUD loudly advertises it. The route runs through the Abyss, uses a tiny trigger brick, a concealed red door, and a chain of launchers that punish hesitation.

Event end: about September 28, 2026. If you only have time for one SFOTH Hunt objective, finish the main Hunt Roblox 20 path first (buttons + four swords + Duel of the Heights). Attempt Secret Quest immediately after while the window is still open.

SFOTH IV Secret Quest Badge Walkthrough

Hard prerequisite: Four Sword Collector

The Secret Quest will not register until Four Sword Collector is already on your profile. The badge text itself tells you to obtain the 4 Sword Collector badge before starting.

That prerequisite means you must already have:

1. Unlocked the 2007 hub via Crossroads (2006).
2. Pressed all five hub buttons.
3. Portaled into SFOTH IV and credited four sword pickups.

If you somehow reached the Abyss without the collector badge, touching the finale props will not award Secret Quest. Go finish the main guide first: The Hunt: Roblox 20.

Recommended prep inside SFOTH IV

• Learn basic movement from Getting Started and Controls.
• Bring patience more than a perfect inventory. You need parkour composure, not a 10-KO Ghostwalker streak.
• If PvP griefers are camping portals, hop servers. Secret Quest is a navigation puzzle, not a duel requirement.
• Remember Touchstone and Locus habits from Sword locations if you need to reset positioning after a failed Abyss drop.

Secret Quest route

1) Enter the purple portal to the Abyss

On the classic Heights map, travel to the purple portal and step through. This sends you into the Abyss space below / aside from the main duel platforms—fiery rings, stacked platforms, and a long downward path.

Do not confuse this with a random death. Stay intentional; you are looking for the lower brown platforms near the baseplate area, not for a mid-air duel.

2) Descend to the lower brown platforms

Drop carefully through Abyss platforms past the fiery rings until you reach the lower brown platforms near the baseplate. This is where the quest trigger hides. Slow down. Sprinting past the brick is the most common failure.

3) Touch the hidden blue brick

Find a small blue brick resting on a brown platform near a yellow sun tile. It is tiny and easy to mistake for scenery. Walk into / touch it to arm the secret path. If nothing seems to change, make sure Four Sword Collector is already earned and that you actually contacted the brick.

4) Climb the nearby black structure

Move to the nearby black structure and climb its stairs to the top. You are positioning for the concealed teleporter, not looking for another sword pedestal.

5) Find the red door behind the black wall

On the far side of the large black wall above, locate the concealed red door. It functions as a teleporter / passage into the launcher section. Approach from the correct side of the wall; players often search the front face and miss the hidden back route.

6) Ride the first target launcher

Beside the red door area, use the red-and-yellow target launcher. It throws you high. Line up early—panic jumping after launch is how people miss the next pad.

7) Chain launcher hops across the sky

Land on the next target launcher and keep chaining. Each pad should fling you toward the following one. Tips:

• Look at the next pad before you touch the current one.
• Correct mid-air with small camera adjustments rather than spamming random lunges.
• If you miss and fall, reset calmly and re-enter from the purple portal instead of inventing a side route.
• Sword lunges can help or hurt depending on timing; many players succeed with plain jumps once the arc is readable. See Controls if jump inputs feel mushy.

8) Touch the dark sphere

Finish on the transparent platform with a black pedestal and touch the dark sphere on top. That completes the Secret Quest. You should get the badge award notification at the top of the screen—the same style used for the sword collector badge.

How to confirm the badge

• Watch for the in-experience badge popup when the sphere is touched.
• Check your Roblox profile Badges inventory.
• Confirm it on the experience badge list for SFOTH IV / Hunt-associated badges.

This is a limited-time event badge, not a permanent forever-farmable unlock after Hunt ends. If the anniversary event has closed, you cannot expect the same Secret Quest grant path to remain available.

Suggested order on a short clock

1. Crossroads → five buttons → four swords → claim Duel of the Heights (Hunt guide).
